Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
1.5 w222 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, or source of funds at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w222 login credentials, including your mobile number, username, and password. You must not disclose these details to any third party.
2.2 All activity conducted through your w222 account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify w222 support immediately at [email protected].
2.3 w222 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from w222 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
2.4 You must not allow any other person to use your w222 account. Accounts are non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or broker a w222 account to another person will result in permanent account closure.
3.1 w222 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the w222 cashier at the time of transaction.
3.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. w222 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cards, or wallets. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and within 1–4 hours for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.
3.3 w222 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of mobile wallet ownership, or confirmation of your bank account details.
3.4 Funds deposited into a w222 account are held in trust for the account holder and are segregated from w222's operational funds. Deposited funds may not be used for any purpose other than wagering on the w222 platform.
3.5 w222 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Fees levied by third-party payment processors are the responsibility of the account holder. Currency conversion fees, where applicable for international methods such as Skrill or Neteller, will be disclosed at the point of transaction.
4.1 w222 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, or other incentives to eligible account holders. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant offer.
4.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds thresholds, and time limits are stated in the individual promotion terms.
4.3 w222 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds, free bets, or associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to exploit a promotion through bonus abuse, the use of multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent method.

5.1 All bets and wagers placed on the w222 platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all selections before confirming a bet. w222 will not void a bet on the grounds of a player error in selection.
5.2 w222 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets in accordance with its sports betting and casino game rules in the event of a technical error, data feed error, palpable pricing error, or event cancellation. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's w222 account balance.
5.3 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the w222 platform. These limits are displayed at the point of wager and vary by game type, market, and account tier.
5.4 The outcome of all RNG casino games on w222 is determined by a certified random number generator. w222 does not manipulate game outcomes. Live dealer game results are determined by physical equipment operated by certified studio providers.
5.5 w222 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close accounts that are found to be engaging in irregular betting patterns, matched betting, arbitrage, or any form of betting that is designed to systematically exploit pricing inefficiencies on the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w222 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

No part of the w222 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of w222.
8.2 Third-party game titles and studio brands displayed on w222 remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. w222 operates these titles under valid licensing agreements with the relevant providers.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the w222 platform, including losses arising from technical outages, data errors, third-party payment failures, or any other cause outside of w222's direct control.
9.2 w222's total aggregate liability to any account holder in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that account holder in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 w222 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. w222 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
10.1 w222 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a regulatory or financial risk to the platform.
10.2 In the event of account termination due to a breach by the player, w222 may forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including bonus funds and associated winnings, after completing a review of all relevant transactions.
10.3 A player who wishes to voluntarily close their w222 account may do so by contacting the support team. Any verified balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to the player's registered payment method after standard KYC checks.
11.1 w222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, w222 will notify registered account holders via the contact details on file, and the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
11.2 Your continued use of the w222 platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the w222 platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations.
